First time I heard this, Zach was on the floor surrounded by toys. The intro was just picking up beat. “What’s that? Never heard it before.”
Rolled my eyes. How can he if Party in the USA is all the music that he needs? “This girl called Mindy Gledhill. Like it?”
“A girl song. Eww.” Then after a minute. “It’s nice. It makes me feel happy.”
This one small moment with my son made my heart skip a beat. Even if he didn’t know what my girl Mindy was belting, I love the happy vibes he easily picks up. And I love love love how upbeat and happy he is and how he says it out loud.
